有伴侶的可以一起享用
但是日我見到的, 都是三五知己來分享這下午茶多
I have chosen Jeal-Paul Hevin for afternoon tea.
They have special valentines tea set in February where couples can enjoy this "romantic"(?/) tea set together. But what I saw in the tea salon are friends who share this tea set instead of couples.

是日著上了JESUS DIAMANTE清簡的AMANDA ONE PIECE
感覺和JEAN-PAUL HEVIN這種INTERIOR相襯吧.
This tea salon has a modern style when it comes to interior. Just like packaging of Jean-Paul Hevin, always simple and chic, and quite Parisian. The walls of the tea salon is decorated with pictures of Jean-Paul Hevin's chocolate creations.
As for today I decide to wear Jesus Diamante's Amanda One Piece. The simple and chic design matches this tea salon perfectly.

2層. 下面的是SAVOURY, 上面的是SWEETS
像很多法式TEA SET一樣你找不到SCONE的存在
而點心份量小巧精緻
因為是情人節時分限定到所以三文治都切成心形,
很可愛!
令人驚奇的是中間那我以為草梅牛奶的,
竟是紅菜頭粟米湯!!!!!
而且還非常好喝.
上層的甜點除了那草梅吐士之外都是朱古力的甜點
桑子朱古力, 臻子朱古力, MACARON, 和TRUFFLE
始終是做朱古力起家的品牌
甜點的質數果然是比其他地方的TEA SET較優
Valentines Chocolate Tea Set.
There are 2 tiers of delicacies in this tea set. And just like all other French style afternoon tea, you will not find any scone here, but petite-sized everything.....Because of that valentines day theme, the tea sandwiches are cut into heart shapes. How cute!!!!
There are 2 mini cups of what I thought being strawberry milk shakes in the middle of the bottom tier. I was surprised to find out that it was not milk shake but beets and corn soup!!!! and It was surprisingly good, too.The top tier feathers a range of chocolate desserts since Jean-Paul Hevin is known for their chocolate. Other than that piece of strawberry toast (it was kind of odd because one normally find this on a breakfast plate lol), other deserts are made with chocolate: Raspberry chocolate cake, hazelnut chocolate cake, chocolate macaron and chocolate truffle. Their sweets are without a doubt way better compare to other tea sets around the area.

After afternoon tea we met up with other friends for a weekly event in a lounge.
This is a highly recommended event in one of my favorite lounge in Hong Kong, but I shall leave it for the next post!
