Because I finally bought the Dior 2014 SS make up collection!
I was disastrously fell in love with this collection upon knowing that it will be inspired by Marie Antoinette's private chateau~ Petit Trianon in Versailles.
這個系列除了用上了ROCOCO時代流行的色彩之外.
包裝上也別具心思. 有很ROCOCO年代的緞帶蝴蝶結裝飾

我很喜歡小特里亞農宮這個概念
要知道,小特里亞農宮是路易15為ROCOCO另一位名人~龐巴度夫人而建的. 而後來,
路易15 送了給瑪麗皇后.
這根本就是在VERSAILLES內,ROCOCO發源地吧!!!!
還有就是在小特里亞農宮內, 瑪麗皇后過著她最頹廢, 最金迷紙醉的生活
和美男子, 情人們享盡世間最美好的東西
雖然時間短暫, 但勝在曾經光輝美麗過.
I really like the concept of Petit Trianon. This chateau was built by the command of Louis 15th as a gift for Madame de Pompadour, a significant figure who literally kick start the Rococo period. Petit Trianon was then given to Marie Antoinette from Louis 16 as a place for retreat. With two key figures of the Rococo period, I believe that Petit Trianon is the generator for the Rococo period.
And it was also in Petit Trianon that Marie Antoinette lived the most decadent period of her life. Surrounded by lovers, best friends and all things beautiful. Despite it was short-lived, it is the most beautiful moment in history.
