是次是有關平安夜的晚餐~


Another make up post~
This one is about my Christmas eve dinner.

每年都會和家人來到會所的西餐廳去


My family and I always go to the French restaurant in a clubhouse to celebrate Christmas eve.

是晚著上華麗的JESUS DIAMANTE

是藍玫瑰柄的ROCOCO DOLL ONEPIECE VI

重要場合~所以帶上CHANEL的珍珠鏈做配搭~



For dinner I went in one of my favorite Jesus Diamante coordinate.
Rococo Doll Onepiece VI in blue rose print with one of my favorite accessory - Chanel pearl necklace~

其實年年都吃差不多的東西

但聽說餐廳請了一位中廚

和西廚一起來研究識合中國人口味的法國菜

所以還是會期待是晚的菜式



There is not much differences in dish selection year to year. However, knowing that the restaurant had hired a Chinese chef to work with the head chef to create a more approachable menu to Chinese customers, I look forward to what will be served in this dinner.

Crab Salad~~

湯品~VELOUTE

一般是用湯料打成像CREAM SOUP一樣



Soup~ a veloute
which is always made with blending ingredients to form a cream soup like consistency

鵝肝

配菜竟然有西芹!!!!!??

一定是個中廚搞鬼


Foie gras
and why is there celery???!!!!
Must be that Chinese chef in action because Chinese fine dinning course always have celery...

Lobster Ravioli

牛扒~ 個汁好有中式牛柳的味道 XD


Beef tenderloin
with jus that taste so similar to Chinese stir fry beef..... lol

薑味梳乎里

配耶汁雪糕和茶樓吃到的芒果佈丁的芒果汁


Ginger Souffle
with coconut gelato and that mango salsa you can find on top of mango pudding in dim sum place.

晚餐就是這樣~雖然不是正式的法國菜
但還是頗有趣的
由其愛吃中餐的家人更是喜愛~


Although it is not authentic French cuisine,
it is quite interesting to taste.
I am brought up with Chinese food, so it definitely is nostalgic to me~
