We started off with some Champagne and move in to Callisto's favorite, Pauillac wines.
I got her a Lynch Bages from my own cellar

It was really cold that day. Other than warming up by having some wine, I also need to wear a big coat. This is one of my favorite Jesus Diamante coat~ Princess coat

今期的FEATURE是白松露
客人都可以嗅一下白松露的香氣才決定點不點他們今期的白松露菜式


Feature of the month is white truffles.
The waiter will let you smell their truffles before you decide to order their feature dishes or not.

我就點了白松露和牛他他~
味道偏淡, 可能我吃慣加國的安格斯吧....
但白松露的確很出色


I ordered white truffle wagyu tartare
I find the flavor quite weak.....maybe I am too used to Canadian Angus beef...
But the white truffle is exceptional~

For my main I got lamb rack to pair with my Pauillac
