焙子生日~~和她去了香格里拉的PETRUS去晚飯興祝

Callisto's birthday.
I took her to Petrus restaurant in Shangri-la Hotel Hong Kong to celebrate

先來點點CHAMPAGNE

之後是她喜歡的PAUILLAC區紅酒

Great wine for grand occasion
We started off with some Champagne and move in to Callisto's favorite, Pauillac wines.
I got her a Lynch Bages from my own cellar 

是日很冷

除了喝點點酒取暖之外

還出動到大衣

這是很喜歡的JESUS DIAMANTE的PRINCESS COAT



It was really cold that day. Other than warming up by having some wine, I also need to wear a big coat. This is one of my favorite Jesus Diamante coat~ Princess coat

Restaurant Petrus

今期的FEATURE是白松露

客人都可以嗅一下白松露的香氣才決定點不點他們今期的白松露菜式


Feature of the month is white truffles.
The waiter will let you smell their truffles before you decide to order their feature dishes or not.

我就點了白松露和牛他他~

味道偏淡, 可能我吃慣加國的安格斯吧....

但白松露的確很出色


I ordered white truffle wagyu tartare
I find the flavor quite weak.....maybe I am too used to Canadian Angus beef...
But the white truffle is exceptional~

因為陪PAUILLAC, 所以點了羊架


For my main I got lamb rack to pair with my Pauillac

甜點~~~請CHEF做了些點敘


Dessert~~~I ask the chef to decorate it

不知道明年會否再和你興祝生日

但還是希望留下這美好回憶
