除了紅酒之外，我喜歡的還有茶
記得多年前，
未接觸紅酒的世界的時間，茶就是我的passion.
即使現在的我對紅酒的世界充滿好奇，
也不減茶在我心目中的地位。
說到喜歡的茶，除了Darjeerling和香味特調紅茶之外，
就是白茶，特別是白牡丹。
是日，一個平凡，下雨的下午....
就是想念白茶的味道。
To readers who have been fallowing this blog for a while probably know I have a passion in drinks. And that does not limit to wine or other alcoholic beverages. In fact I was passionately into the world of tea long before I develop my passion for wine. Although I blog much more on wine nowadays, tea still reminds to be one of my favorite beverage.
And speaking of tea, my favorite of the blacks is of course, Darjeerling. But other than black teas, I do love other tea, especially white teas.
And "ba mu dan", commonly know as "white peony" in the west, is my all time favorite. Nevertheless this is not common in most tea houses unless you are in a tea specialty store that focus in high quality tea from all over the world.
In the spring time when it rains, I just feel like a nice pot of white tea to brighten up my day.

Special Earl Grey 是我覺得好喝的，
這種重佛手柑香味的特調個人覺得很女性化。
I especially like the "Special Earl Grey", which infused with heavy doses of Bergamont that makes the tea appears to be more feminine.
是日點了這店特有的香味白茶
這用上番石榴，菊花，
和玫瑰花的白茶除了有白茶獨有的優雅香氣之外，
還有花香帶來的華麗感。
This tea room has couple of white tea choices.
I choose the pomegranate white tea that is a blend of flavored tea leafs, Chrysabthemum, and rose petals. The florals bring a glamorous touch to the already elegant tea aroma
伴荼用的小點
scone trio和香草雞肉三文治。
Some snacks to enjoy with the tea. Scone trio and pesto chicken sandwich.
