春夏天時分~外出用膳時我都比較愛點BUBBLES~
慶祝什麼的會喝CHAMPAGNE. 但平日最愛的都是CAVA
意大利的PROSECCO也不錯, 但個人還是愛西班牙的CAVA
而近日的課, 出現的是另一種BUBBLES
In Spring/Summer, I generally prefer having some chilled bubbles when I am outside dinning/partying. I drink Champagne in celebrations, but the Spanish Cava is my everyday bubble. I do like some Processo from Italy, but Cava is my sweetheart.
And in one of my lectures, I come across another type of bubbles.....

還是頭一次看用來做啤酒的穀種
還可以試味
嗯......我還是上試啤酒多點
但有趣的是那些穀的確有種啤酒香, 但有點像爆菊味
Our lecturer got us some malt to smell and taste. Although I am more interested in tasting the beer, I still find those malt does smells like beer.....and popcorn.

Because the weather is so nice these days, I just don't want to go home and stay outside and chill until it gets dark. I made a visit to this pub I used to go alot. It is a very casual restaurant/bar that serves big portions and mainly pub food.

那個多倫多產的LEMON TEA BEER很清新很不錯~~

and imported beer...I like that lemon tea beer from Eastern Canada. it is so different and so refreshing!
