本身是VSO, 溫哥華交響樂團的支持者,
但奈何每次有感興趣的演奏人也身在海外.
很高興今年因為打算留在溫個華過聖誕, 所以可以出席這場演奏
I am a patron of VSO, Vancouver Symphony Orchestra. But everytime they have something I am interested, I somehow couldn't make it because I am out of town. Glad that I decided to stay in Vancouver and can make it to this concert. Beethoven No.7.....I would be really pissed off if I can not make it.

今次的演奏從柴可夫斯基的歡樂節拍
到MOZART的華麗音附
打完場的就是貝多芬那澎湃興奮的旋律
感覺就像聖誕節得有的節日籃一樣
充滿令人快樂和驚喜的糖果, 點心, 和紅酒
這演奏連最內向的人也會感到興奮的呢!
The concert begins with Tchaikovsky's festive, mardi gras like rhythm, moving into Mozart's pompous notes, and a grand finale with that glamourous, rich, touching melody of symphony No.7. So much grandeur, so much love. It reminds me of those Christmas basket filled with savory treats and sweets, and of course, wine. It excites even the most dull, sour person.
Speak in terms of wine now, for some reason I am thinking a Pauillac from Bordeaux or a big high end Napa Cab. So bold, powerful, and of course, the grandeur.
