近日走過H&M, 發現H&M X Maison Martin Margiela還在賣
所以好奇入店看看, 發現了漂亮的東西


Recently went shopping with my dear Helena. Walked pass by H&M and found out that their crossover with MMM is still on sale.

距離開售天一星期, 想不到還有頗漂亮的東西
和LANVIN即日售完的氣勢差很遠
其實我對MMM這個牌子興趣也不太大. 這家衣服實在是太前衛, 我受不起
不過~我還是喜歡設計有點個性的黑色衣服
像這件黑色的西裝BLAZER
我希望可以盡快考到品酒師資格, 榮贈那金色的提子胸針
一定和這BLAZER襯到絕!!!!!



I couldn't believe I can find something that nice after a week its open for sale date. It is obvious that it is not as popular as Lanvin. I am also interested in Lanvin way more than MMM, mainly because I find MMM's design is way over the top for me. But, I still like simple black clothing with an interesting cut like the above blazer. It will look perfect with that honorable golden grape pin I would receive when I receive my certification of a professional sommeilier!

去SHOPPING那天還和HELENA去嘗了一家家庭式的俄國菜


That day I went shopping I also went to try out a Russian/Eastern European restaurant that we have always wanted to try.

去過臨臨種種家庭食餐廳
這家給我的感覺很特別
就像雪地中的小屋內那種感覺



I have went to family restaurants with background in various international cuisines. But this one is special because it gave you a very warm feeling inside, as if you a in a little cottage in a snowy highland.

正宗羅宋湯
和港式的跟本是2 回事
看到這種紅色以為會很酸
誰知原來湯是充滿菜蔬的清甜味




Russian Borsch. It is completely different from what you normal get in a Cantonese style cafe (why do we have it in Cantonese cafes? Long story.....). With that red I thought the soup is going to be very acidic, but to my surprise that is deliciously sweet with all the slowly cooked vegetables

椰菜捲和西式餃子
看似健康但其實椰菜捲內是全是免治肉
根本是個肉批!!! 西式餃子內的是洋蔥薯仔蓉
很多肉和澱粉的一餐




Cabbage roll with perogies. It is basically meat pie wrapped with cabbage.
A protein+fat+crabs packed lunch.
But you know what, that combination is always seductive!

工作~
機場那邊我不知何時從出酒變左出菜
所以我就BYE BYE了~~~

不過現在還KEEP了BARTENDER的工作
很吾錯的時間~全是晚上的工作
完全不會CONFLICT我那個很困身的品酒師課程.
看來我真的要等畢業才能找FULL TIME了.....>_<





Work~
I stop working at the airport when I realize that there is an misunderstanding in what it is meant to be a "wine server" and the actual work you are doing. It is NOT for bartenders, more for like waitress instead.

I am still at my bartending job have fun with coming up with new drinks and recipes. I like it because my sommelier course's hours is demanding, to a point it is impossible to keep a full time hospitality job. I figure that I should probably focus in the course till I completed the exam.
