今天來談談我近這2年來都非常喜歡吃的鍋
Today I want to talk about the hot pots that I started to love since two years ago
某夜約了親親~在為21樓的校服PARTY買完制服後,
再帶她去品嘗雞鍋

Going for hot pot after shopping for costume for an upcoming uniform party
2人購物後還未HUNGRY~所以上CAFE HEA一會兒才出發
We are not that hungry after the shopping, so we went to a cafe and hang out there for a while before dinner
我漂亮可愛的親親~~

會合愛人後出發去吃雞煲!!!!
因為3人也吃得辣, 所以點了中辣
被濃濃雞汁浸著的整一只雞
實在是太美味了!!!!!!!
吃完雞後, 把清湯注入煲內, 在用那些雞汁濃湯來打邊爐
這是我認為的人間極品喔!!!!!!!
We went to the hot pot place that specialize in spicy chicken hot pot after meeting up with my lover. Since the three of us can eat spicy food, we ordered a medium spicy chicken hot pot. It differs from everyday Chinese hot pot you see in Chinese or Taiwanese restaurants. This chicken hot pot is literally a whole chicken chopped up and cook in a thick spicy aromatic sauce in the pot. It is then served on a stove top with the pot. The sauce is thick and the chicken is very juicy when eaten. After the customer finishes with the chicken, clear broth is then added to the hot pot, and then it becomes the usual Chinese hot pot where you can have beef, veggies, meat balls....etc. cooked not in a normal broth, but a spicy chicken broth. The spicy chicken hot pot is really good and I strongly recommend it if you have a chance to ~~~
因為和愛人也非常喜歡吃麻辣雞煲,
所以很會做料理的愛人也開始在家整雞煲
Because my lover and I love spicy chicken hot pot, My lover decide to made it at home~!
竟然有和外面餐廳吃的水準喔!!!!
而且還比出面的沒那麼鹹
好好吃呢~~~~
It was super good
In fact it was better than many restaurants. I especially love it because the chicken is more juicy and not as salty as those you find in restaurants~~~
我們愛料理~也愛鍋品料理
所以除了雞煲外, 在家也弄些別的
We love cooking, and we love hot pot
So other than making spicy chicken hot pot, we also made other hot pots like....
韓式部隊鍋!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

在膊頭位有很多釘釘
是生人勿近的惡羅打扮
I really like this "Jack Daniel's" top
Not only because it is JD, but also those spikes on the shoulder
It makes a great ORA~ coord! XDDDDDD
還有呢~
愛人也有件T-SHIRT都是JD的
和喜歡喝JD的她非常相襯
And~ my lover also has a Jack Daniel's t-shirt
She loves it, because she just love Jack Daniels in general
It looks good on her......
