熱中症を防ぐためには、睡眠をしっかりとり、食事のバランスを整えましょう。
Rainy season is over in Tokyo, but really hottest days are brought up. To avoid heat disorder, having enough water and staying in the comfortable room temperature first. The government decided to pay the subvention for high cost energies from Aug to Oct (for the payment from Sep to Nov. (the application by customers is no needed)). My son buys fresh vegetables at farm stands near my house and in nearby cities since last Autmn. We can find the shops by Google map, just inputting key words, “city name”, “vegetables” and “farm stand”, e.g. “三鷹市”, “野菜” and “直売所”
The vegetables are shown on the shelf. We can buy them by putting coins in the coin box or the simple vending machine.
