六月初旬に新しい家族を迎えました。２か月のメスのプードルで、名前は「アキ」です。子供たちが小さい時に好きだった本に登場する主人公の少女の名前にちなんで名付けました。手がかかる子ですがとてもかわいいので、一緒に過ごす時間は幸せです。
I welcomed a new member in my family in the beginning of June. She is a 2-month-old toy poodle and her name is “Aki”. We named her after a main little girl in a book my children liked in their child days. She is sometimes troublesome, but she is very cute, so she gives us a happy time.

2023年４月のNHK報道によると、外国人旅行者数が回復に向かう中、国は新たな観光戦略を策定しました。それは「旅行者1人当たりの消費額」です。これまでの「訪日者数」重視の戦略から「一人当たりの消費額」重視の戦略に大きくかじを切ったのです。何故なら外国人富裕層の消費を取り込んでいくことは、日本経済にとって大きなメリットとなるからです。
戦略のもう1つの柱が「地方滞在」です。大都市に偏りがちな外国人旅行者の訪問先を分散化し、活発なインバウンド需要の恩恵を地方にも広げていこうとしています。その鍵を握るのが「その土地ならではの特別な体験」です。様々な取り組みの一例をご紹介します。
According to NHK article in Apr. 2023, while the number of foreign tourist has been increasing, Japanese government has formulated a new sightseeing strategy, specifically “increasing money consumption per person”. They has changed their strategy by putting more value on the consumption amount per capita than the number of visitors because to take in the consumption by foreign wealthy tourists is a big merit for Japanese economy.
Another strategy is “staying in region” because their destination tends to lean to big cities, so the administration are trying to make their destinations be distributed to various regions so that people in regions can also profit from this active inbound demand. The key is “special experience which is unique to the land”. Here is an example of the attempts.
