１ 仮住い
家の新築のため、仮住まいが必要になり、２週間前に一時的な転居をした。
このアパートでの生活も慣れてきた。部屋は１４階。このアパートは賃貸専用。ここでのメリットの第１は、建物玄関から部屋まで厳重な３重チェック。第２は、各階に２４時間使用できるゴミ収集室があること。
昆虫や蚊もいない、デメリットと言えば、借部屋なので、室内を傷つけたり汚しては、いけないこと。細心の注意を払っている。
1 Temporary Residence
Due to the construction of a new house, I needed temporary housing and moved two weeks ago. I am getting used to living in this apartment. The room is on the 14th floor. This apartment is for rent only. The foremost advantage here is the strict triple check from the building entrance to the room. Second, there is a 24-hour usable garbage collection room on each floor. There are no insects (cockroaches etc.) or mosquitoes. The disadvantage is that since this is a rented room, we are not allowed to damage or soil the room. We pay the utmost care.
２ 浜離宮庭園
浜離宮庭園は、徳川将軍家が所有していた。大名庭園の代表的なものである。徳川吉宗(8代将軍）もこの庭園を用いたが、美しさが理由ではない。実用的なものを開発・実験することができたからである。その1つに薬草を育てて製薬も試みている。。彼は、象をベトナムから取り寄せている。浜離宮が、ほぼ現在のように整えられたのは、徳川家斉(多くの側室を持ったことで有名）の時代である。
2 Hamarikyu Garden
Hamarikyu Garden was owned by the Tokugawa Shoguns. It is a typical example of a daimyo's garden. Yoshimune Tokugawa (the 8th shogun) also used this garden, but not because of its beauty. ３ 仏大統の発言
最近のニュース。フランスのマクロン大統領は、ウクライナへのフランス軍派遣を検討すると改めて表明。その場合に起こり得る状況について述べた。 「私は何も排除していない。なぜなら、我々は何も排除していない相手と対峙しているからだ」と彼は語った。同大統領は、また、「ロシア軍が前線を突破した場合、ウクライナ側の要請があれば検討するつもりだが、現在はそうではない」とも述べた。
3 Concerning French President’s Saying
French President Macron reaffirmed that he would consider sending French troops to Ukraine, and spelled out the conditions in which this could place. “I’m not ruling anythingout, because we are facing someone who is not ruling anything out,” he said.
He also said he would consider, “if the Russians were to break through the front lines, if there were a Ukrainian request, which is not the case today.”
４ 押し活詐欺
相変わらず老人を狙った詐欺が多発している。これはある郵便局での話。
来店した７０代女性が、職員に口座番号と名義人が書かれたメモを見せて、送金方法を尋ねた。理由を尋ねたところ、女性はＳＮＳで有名スポーツ選手と連絡を取っており、「ＶＩＰ会員になれば会える」と言われ、会員になる費用など４０万円を振り込みたいと話した。職員は、口座の名義人、高額な送金額を不審に思い、警察に連絡。結果、被害を未然に防止した。
4 Frauds pretends supporting one’s fave
Assual, there are many frauds targeting the old,. This is a case happened at a post office. A woman in her 70s came to the post office, and she showed the staff a memo written someone's account number and name. And asked how to send money. When the staff asked why, the woman said that she had been in contact with a famous athlete on social media and was told that she could meet him if she became a VIP member. So she wanted to transfer 400,000 yen. The staff became suspicious of the account holder and the large remittance amount. The staff contacted the police. As a result, the damage was prevented.
５ あるDVDレンタル会社の変貌
TUTAYA(蔦屋)と言えば、かっては、ミュージックCD、映画のDVDのレンタルの店というイメージ。各電車駅の近くには必ず店があった。近所の店を訪れ、あれこれ眺めて品選びをし、安い値段で借りることができた。
最近はどうだろうか。レンタル事業は続いているが、フィットネスジムの運営やコウワーキング、カフェーラウンジなどを含むシェアラウンジ事業を展開し、注目を浴びているということだ。一度出かけてみる必要が大。
