近年たくさんの種類の入浴剤を見かけます。入浴剤の起源は仏教を通じて中国から伝わった、薬用入浴剤です。当時は蒸し風呂タイプでした。明治時代にはツムラ順天堂の中将湯が発売されました。きっかけは、従業員の一人が薬のために抽出したのちの大量の薬草をもったいないと感じ、それを浴槽に入れたことでした。その結果、彼のあせもが治ったことが始まりです。
We can find many kinds of bath salt these days. Origin of the bath salt is medicated bath came from China through Buddhism. It was a steam bath style.
