“Samui!” It’s cold and snowed Tokyo for the first time in this season today. Taking a bath and going to bedroom earlier than usual and reading a book… let’s have a relax time for such cold night.

パンデミック以来、昨年11月よりボランティアガイド活動を再開しました。すでに3組をガイドしました。海外からの観光客の交通系ＩＣカードPasmoやSuica（Pasmoパスポート、ウェルカムSuica）の購入が変わりました。例）購入にはパスポートの提示が必要など
I restarted volunteer guide activity from last Nov after the pandemic. I have guided three times already in last year. There are some changes for foreign travelers to buy Pasmo and Suica for IC card for transportation as “Pasmo Passport” and “Welcome Suica” respectively. E.g.) showing your passport needed, etc.
渋谷区には17の現代的な公衆トイレがあります。日本財団が渋谷の清掃業者を含めたトイレプロジェクトを運営しています。カンヌ映画祭で高評価を得たPERFECT DAYSのストーリーはこの清掃業者の話をもとにしています。
Shibuya ward has 17 modern public toilets. The Nippon foundation manage the toilet project of Shibuya including cleaner. The Story of “Perfect Days” that was well-received at the Cannes Film Festival was created based on the story of the cleaner’s company.
松山照紀（61）は48歳で出家し、7年間姫路市の不徹寺の住職をしています。住職の親しみを込めた敬称として「庵主さん」と呼ばれています。カウンセリングや、2日間修行コースを「悩める女性の駆け込み寺」として知られる寺で提供しています。
Shoki Matsuyama, 61, entered the priesthood at 48 years old, and has been the resident nun of Futetsuji in Himeji for seven years. She is called “Anju-san” an honorific title for resident nuns. She offers counseling and a two-days ascetic training course at the temple known as a “refuge for suffering women”.
昨年末に臀部に痛みがでました。最初はピリピリした痛みが発生し、数日後に吹き出物や水膨れが出現し、発疹に変わりました。病院へ行ったところ、帯状疱疹と診断され、クリームと薬が処方されました。発症から2週間になりますが、良くなっています。
I have a painful on my buttock in the end of last year. Nerves pain occurred first, a few days later spots and blisters occurred and changed to rash. When I went to clinic, the doctor gave a diagnosis as herpes zoster and prescribed cream and medicine. After two weeks from occurring symptom, it’s getting better with cream and medicine.
