〇カリフォルニア大学が「香りが高齢者の記憶の低下や認知症を抑える」との研究結果を発表しました 60才～85才が眠っている間にディフューザーで7種の香りを焚いて6か月調査したところ、記憶力が活性化されたというものです 香りは直接脳に働きかけるそうです
大学はこの研究から記憶障害に有効な製品を作る計画です
