First meeting for 3rd Quarter in Sappro

We have had our team meeting in Sapporo yesterday for the first time.There are two main topic of this meeting.

1st, to evaluate the result of 1st to 2nd Quarter.

2nd, to set our target in 3rd Quarter.

In the first session, I mentioned our achievement of sales target; not good, KPI; too bad, clearly roles; it wasn't desided.

So I suggested that to improve our team performance, we should discuss and solve the problems of last Quarters. 2 sinior members were agreed with my suggestion. We spent 30 minutes this session.

We discussed about target of each facilities and set a clearly role in 1.5 hour.

Start

I'd like to start keeping diary in English.

And I'd like to write down about my work and what I think of my company.

Yesterday, 2nd quarter had finished and 3rd quarter had already started.

Our team menbers are needed to consider whether we are successed in 2nd quarter or not.

And also we have to consider how to set the target and how we make success in 3rd quarter.

We are going to have a first team meeting next week.

So I have to make an agenda until tomorrow!
