Pat Martino was the contemporary jazz guitarist that I'd seen live and been influenced the most when in NY.
As a student, his method was such an eye-opener that I've been passing on some of them to my students now.
I'll never forget his passion for music he told me, his strong handshakes, and his smile...Thank you and rest in peace, Pat.
