刻んだ菊芋約230gを同量の水で茹でて、潰す
Boil about 230 g of chopped Jerusalem artichoke with the same amount of water and crush
米麹300gとよく混ぜ合わせる
ヨーグルトメーカーを60度6時間に設定する
Mix well with 300 g of malted rice
Set yoghurt maker to 60 degrees 6 hours
こんな状態でヨーグトメーカーに入れた
In this state I put it in a yogut maker
果たして、発酵して甘くなるだろうか?
Would it ferment and become sweet?
