This week I did some presentations for the new boss and a subsidiary’s managers. The audience understood the contents, therefore I was satisfied with my presentations.
I think that business leaders have to develop some business skills including logical thinking, problem solving, business communication and presentation skills. All business skills developed by individual training, so there are same as sports.
I usually practice these business skills especially presentation skills. For example I am a section manager, so I hold presentations in the weekly for my subordinates. It is the manager’s task and duty and I define it as individual training. This principle is common in sports and business, hence I believe that I can make it possible by training. However I rarely hear many business people do their individual training of business skills, it is a miss of chance and an opportunity to success.
I plan to do some presentations and enjoy doing it as individual training.
Finally I hope that many business people business people practice not only hobby and sports but also their business skills.
