It was free day today because my wife took care of my sun.
So I went to gym.
I have worked out at my apartment during this new year holidays, but it is not enough.
I was dying to go togym, then I was dying to work out by using some machines.
I was finally able to go to gym today.
In the gym, I first tried to use a exercise bike, but there are a lot of poeple at exercise bike area.
So I did not use a exercise bike, I decided to use a machine that work out for chest muscle in stead of exercise bike.
I worked out chest muscle by using tow types machines.
After that, I tried to used bench press. I have ever used untill 20 kg.
I challenged 30 kg, but I was not able to lift up 30 kg.
So I did to work out by 20 kg, 10 times x 3 set.
However, since 20 kg is little bit light for my, I challenged 25 kg.
I felt my limit at 8 of 10 times. Maybe 25 kg is better weight for me in currently.
I want to increase the weight step by step.
After bench press, I worked out shoulder and back, leg, arm, abs in order by using 2 or 3 types machines.
Usually, I work out with my co-worker almost 1 hour.
But I worked out 2 hours. it is little bit longer than usual.
When I work out with my co-worker, we work out just one muscle, example just arm, just back, but I did to work out all muscle today.
So I tired.
I tired, but I enjoyed so much.
I am going to go to gym next week, too.
