大豆粉に十勝の熟成チーズと豆乳を混ぜてレンチン
粗挽き胡椒と発酵バター、ヒマラヤ岩塩をかけたら
ビルズのリコッタチーズのパンケーキみたいな感じに。
でもちょっと大豆っぽさが強いみたい。
おからパウダーの方が合うかもしれません。

I made something interesting
Lentin is made by mixing soybean flour with Tokachi aged cheese and soy milk.
Sprinkle with coarsely ground pepper, fermented butter, and Himalayan salt.
It tastes like Bill's ricotta pancakes.
But it seems to have a bit of a soybean flavor.
Okara powder may be a better choice.
