かっぱ寿司にやって来た。

昨日は500歩しか歩かず、ずっとパソコンをしていて、
身体が辛いのが分かる。
買い物をしながらお店の中を歩くことにした。
膝が痛くて立ち筋トレや有酸素運動が出来ないのが辛いところ。
