大豆粉、片栗粉、小麦胚芽粉、ライ麦粉、コーンスターチ、オオバコ種皮、イースト菌などの残っている粉に、
卵、はちみつ、牛乳と、あまに油を混ぜて焼く
これで冷蔵庫から粉物がほとんどなくなった。
2回発酵させたら、
結構普通のパンが出来てびっくり。

タンザニア
ん？タンザニアという珈琲は今までに飲んだことがないかも？と調べてみた。
キリマンジャロの産地なのですね。
深煎りに感じる（何が浅煎りかと言われても分からないけれど焦げ味が強い）
軽い酸味とあっさりした味。
ものすごく特徴がある感じではない。
これを上品というのならそうなのかな？と思いながら、胡桃を口に入れたら、すごく合うの。
胡桃の味をとても引き立てて美味しい。
なるほどこんな味わい方もあるのか。
今のところ、断トツでコロンビアが好みです。中毒になりそうな余韻がある。猫にまたたびみたいな。
国名隠されたら分かる自信はないけれど。

It's the birthplace of Kilimanjaro.
It feels like a dark roast (I don't know what makes it a light roast, but it has a strong burnt taste)
Light acidity and light taste.
It doesn't feel very distinctive.
Is this what you call classy? While thinking this, I put a walnut in my mouth and it tasted great.
It really brings out the flavor of walnuts and is delicious.
I see, is there a way to taste like this?
By far, my preference is Colombia. It has a lingering aftertaste that can be addictive. It's like giving the cat a "matatabi".
I'm not sure I'd be able to figure it out if the country name was hidden, though.
