・ブロッコリーを茹でる
・はちみつ生姜
・玉ねぎ生姜塩麹
・にんじんやピーマンを切る
・さつまいもを蒸す
・ビーフシチューパイなど
それぞれ冷蔵したり冷凍したりしました。
納豆、牛乳、豆腐、卵は途中で買い足しが必要ですが、食べる物をたくさんストックすることが出来ました。

このままだと夜が辛いかな？と思い医者に行くことにした。
