Hello, it's a beautiful early evening.
After we held the seminar, "Let's get married within a year!
Raise your female energy with a smile",
I got some messages from the participants.
Many of them say, they had a fresh discovery.
当日、ガイダンスに従って瞑想を行っていただいたのですが、
瞑想を行うことで、普段は意識していない
ご自身の心の奥底にリーチすることが可能なのです。
ある参加者の方は、
「結婚したら、私が家を仕切っていかなければ
いけなくなる。疲れるし、楽しくなさそう
という思いこみがあることに気づきました！」
と教えてくださいました。
At the seminar, we did guidance meditation.
When you are doing meditation, you can reach the bottom of your mind,
something you are not awake to.
A participant says,
"I rearised that I have an imagination like this.
If I got married, I will have to do everything for our family.
It's so hard and not fun.!
「私はお姉ちゃんだから、自分がしっかりしなくちゃ、
頑張らなくちゃ、という思いがあったんですね。
でも、そんなに張り切らなくても、
相手の方と助けあったり、
お任せしたりすればいいんですよね」
はい、その通りです！
その思い込み、解放していただけてよかったです。
Also she says,
"Because I'm an older sister, I have a rule that
I have to do everything and always do my best.
But, now I realise that I don't have to do so.
When I got a partner, we can do everything together and help each other!"
Yes! That's right!! Congratulations on releasing your unnecessary imagination!

そんなことをゆっくり考えたり、
改めて見直す時間もないと思います。

しっかり持つことは、
とても大事なのではないでしょうか。

I think you might be so busy that you don't have enough time to
