伊勢の猿田彦神社へ伺いました。
I visited Sarutahiko Shrine in Ise.
ご祭神は「猿田彦大神」、
そして境内の佐瑠女（さるめ）神社には
「天宇受売命（あめのうずめのみこと）」がまつられています。
This shrine is dedicated to Sarutahiko-okami.
And, in the shrine ground,
there is a small shrine dedicated to Ameno-uzumeno-mikoto.
天照大神の孫、ににぎのみことが降臨した際に
お迎えにいらして、
みちひらきの先導をなさったのが「猿田彦大神」。
When Ninigi-no-mikoto, the grandson of the Amaterasu-okami
came to Japan, Sarutahiko-okami came out in person
and guided him perfectly.
So Sarutahiko is well known as the God of guidance.
そしてその時、天照大神に命じられ、
猿田彦大神に「あなたはどなたですか？
何をしにこちらにいらしたのですか？」と
訪ねたのが天宇受売命。
At that time, Amaterasu-okami
ordered Ameno-uzumemo-mikoto
to ask Sarutahiko,
"Excuse me, who are you?
What are you doing here?"
そして最終的に、
ににぎのみことが天宇受売命に
猿田彦大神を送り届けるように伝え、
おふたりは共に伊勢へにいらしたのだそうです。
Eventually Ninigi-no-mikoto
asked her to bring Sarutahiko back home,
and they came to Ise.
猿田彦神社へは、4年前から通わせていただいています。

I have been visiting Sarutahiko shrine for four years.

まずは、狛犬さんたちにごあいさつ。
At first, I said hello to the guardian dogs, "Komainu".
猿田彦大神様のご利益は「みちひらき」。
何かを始める際に、道を開いてくださいます。
It is said that Sarutahiko-okami helps us
to open the way when we begin something.
分りやすくいうと、たとえば
転職活動を始めるとき。
新しい仕事を始めるとき。
結婚して新しい生活を始めるとき。
引っ越しするとき。
進学するとき。
婚活を始めるときなど、
何かを始める前に
「道が開けますように」と
お参りするとよい、ということです。
For example,
When you begin to look for a new job,
and begin a new job,
or you get married and start a new life....
When you move house,
or enter a school,
and at the beginning of searching
for a marriage partner...
I recommend you to visit Sarutahiko shrine
to pray to Sarutahiko-okami.
私は何度か、「これは猿田彦大神様のご利益だ」と
実感がわく出来事を経験しています。
Actually, I had several experiences
where I felt my prayers were answered.

◆アクセス◆
三重県伊勢市宇治浦田２－１－１０・・・HPへ
近鉄「宇治山田」駅前から「内宮前」行きバスか
「浦田町」行きバスで15分位。
「猿田彦神社前」バス停で降りてすぐ。
内宮前行きバスは、土日祝日の日中は
10分おき位にあって、便利です。
From "Ujiyamada Station" of Kintetsu line,
take the bus for"Naikuu-mae" or "Urata-cho".
It takes about 15 minutes.
Get off at the bus stop "Sarutahiko-jinjya-mae".
The bus for "Naikuu-mae" runs every 10 minutes
during the day time on the weekend.
