1993年に閉校した、明倫小学校の建物が
京都芸術センターとして生まれ変わった際、
１階の教室にできたカフェだそうです。
The building was used as an elementary school,
"Meirin Shougakkou".
The school was closed in 1993,
and was remodeled into a modern art gallery and a cafe.
10時～21時半までと営業時間が長いので、
朝ごはん、ランチ、晩ごはんもいけます。
The cafe is open from 10a.m. to 21:30p.m.
So I enjoy breakfast, lunch, and dinner. (^o^)丿
校庭も。懐かしい雰囲気です。
There is a schoolyard. I feel nostalgic.
味のある校舎内にカフェがあります。
職員室だった場所、と聞きました。
I heard that the room of the cafe was
used as a teachers' room.
木のテーブルとイスが落ち着きます。
オリジナルカップも、ほのぼの。
Wooden tables and chairs were relaxing.
This is an original cup. It's so lovely.
私は肉・魚を食べないので
「ふわふわ焼き卵サンド」ばかり食べていますが（笑）
I don't eat either meat nor fish,
so everytime I order "Fuwa Fuwa Fried Egg".
この卵、本当にふわふわに焼いてあって、おいしい♪
These eggs are so soft, so yummy!
サラダも量がたっぷりで、食べごたえがあります。
ドレッシングはオリジナルで、化学調味料が入っていない
自家製だそうです。
I enjoyed enough salad.
I heard that the dressings are hand made,
and free from chemical seasonings.
芸術センター内では、展覧会が
開催されていることがあります。
そちらを観るのも楽しいです。
Interesting exhibitions are often held in the Kyoto art center.
