山門をくぐると、金色の仏像が目立っていました。
Ｗhen I entered the Sanmon Ｇate,
I saw a Golden Ｂuddha statue.
こちらは
「八大竜王堂」
This is a small temple for "Eight Dragon Kings".
八大竜王（仏法を護る八体の竜神）には雨を降らせる力があり、
弘法大師が京都神泉苑で八大竜王に祈祷をささげたところ、
雨が降ったという逸話があります。
The ancient people believed that they has the power to
make it rain.
A long long time ago,
Koubou Daishi, a famous monk in Japan
prayed to the Eight Dragon Kings for rain,
and they brought it.
こちらは八大竜王の中のお1人。
頭に龍をのせています。
He is one of the Kings.On top of hie head, there is a Dragon.
竜王の足元の水でお金を洗い、
資本金として持ち帰るとよいとのこと。
Purifying your money in this spring
brings good luck for business.
さっそく洗いました。!(^^)!
Of course, I did.
水の浄化作用で、竜王の周囲では
スッキリしたエネルギーが感じられます。
Thanks to the pure water,
I felt a clear energy around the King.
その隣には、倶利伽羅（くりから）堂。
倶利伽羅竜王がまつられています。
Ｎext door to the temple,
there is another small temple dedicated to
"Kurikara Dragon King".
境内で授与されている
「縁結び守り」「諸縁吉祥守」の中に
「赤い紐で結ばれた五円玉」が入っており、
それをこちらに結ぶことで「良縁祈願」になるそうです。
They sell a lucky charm for match making,
and for various kinds of happinesses.
Inside of them, there is a five-yen coin with a red string.
Five yen is pronounced "Go-en" in Japanese,
it means "Good match".
And we believe that the red string ties a good knot.
I heard that tying it, like this picture, will bring
you good luck.
広い境内には、たくさんの神仏がまつられています。
A lot of Buddhas and Gods are enshrined in Takaosan Yakuou in.
