さて、話は奥宮に戻ります。
By the way, I'd like to write about Oku no miya again.
奥宮の本殿の下には「龍穴」があります。
貴船神社さんのHPによると、こちらは日本三大「龍穴」の１つ。
Under the main building of Oku no miya,
there is a Ryu Ketsu.
According to the website of Kifune Shrine,
people say that the Ryu Ketsu is
one of the best three in Japan.
「龍穴」は人が見てはならないものだそうで、
昨年、本殿の建て替えが行われた際も
シートに覆われて見えなくなっていたそうです。
Ordinarily, no one is allowed to see it.
When the main building of Oku no miya
was rebuilt in 2012,
the Ryu Ketsu was covered with a plastic sheet
so that no one could see it.
ところが,
文久年間（1861年以降。幕末です）に
ある大工さんが修理の際、あやまって
道具を龍穴に落としてしまったら、
But, about 150 years ago, a carpenter dropped
a tool into the Ryu Ketsu accidentaly.
突風が吹いて道具が空高く吹き上げられたという
話があるそうです。
Suddenly the tool whiffed away by a gust of wind.
龍穴のパワーは、至近距離でなくても
伝わってきます。
I can feel the strong power of the Ryu Ketsu
even though I'm not at a close range.
エネルギー的観点から見れば、
そのパワーは人間が直接触れてしまうと
とても強すぎるので、
見てはならないということになっているのでは、と
私は思います。
In terms of energy,
I think the power is too strong for the human being
so the legend says that seeing it would bring
the person divine punishment.
こちらが本殿です。
This is the main building of the Oku no miya.
