「古いバージョンの物を使っているので更新して下さい」と言う事なのですがPlayストアに更新はありません。仕方が無いので指定されたリンク（削除しました）からapkファイルをダウンロード・インストールしたところ署名が正しく表示される様になりました、😊
*リンクは proton mail apkで検索すれば出てきます
