先日も触れた、仏作って魂入れず。日本は民主主義国のはずだが、実態を見るとまだまだこれだな、と感じる。
名目上は存在しても、実態は…といった例は、残念ながらあちこちで見られる。
この、仏作って魂入れず。have the form but not the spirit、ploughing (plowing) the field, and forgetting the seed といった言い方がある。後者は直訳すると、畑を耕して種を忘れる。
