環境省の人間がこういう暴言を吐いたとのこと。しばしば「環境破壊省」と化す省なので、個人的には驚きはしないけど、国民・市民の税金で人件費等を賄っていることをどう考えているのか。

この暴言を英語で言うなら、Accept exposure for your country. 

権力の無責任はもう見飽きたけど、空いた口がふさがるのにどれだけ時間がかかることか。

例文：　An official of Japan's Ministry of Environment said, "Accept exposure for your country" to justify the use of soil contaminated with radiation from the Fukushima nuclear disaster. （環境省の高官は、福島原発事故で汚染された土の利用を正当化するため、「お国のため被ばくを受け入れろ」などと口にした）
