お陰様で最近質問もかなり増えてきました
その中で一番多いのが
「YD-2にYD-2Sのギアボックスは使用できるのか？」という質問です
結論から先に言うと
・ＹＤ-2にYD-2Sのギアボックスは装着不可 
・YD-2SにYD-2のギアボックスは装着可能
There are many question about it 
The best question out of all is, [New gear box is cousable between
YD-2 and YD-2S?]
Answers are
New gear box will only work at YD-2S
Current gear box will work both YD-2 and YD-2S
では何故かを実際に装着してみて解説していきます(*^▽^*)
まずはYD-2とYD-2Sのギアボックスの違いから！！
Then what will exactly happens?
Firstly, lets us compare the gear boxes
YD-2はモーターを吊り下げる形状となっており
YD-2Sはモーターの下をくぐるような形となっております
Current gear box is holding the motor at YD-2
New ger box is squeeze into the bottom of motor at YD-2S
ひっくり返すとＹＤ-2Ｓは6点止め、ＹＤ-2は４点止めとなっており、オレンジで記した穴位置は共通位置となります
In bottom views, YD-2S is with 6 screw holes, YD-2 is with 4 screw holes for mounting on main chassis. And these 4 holes locations are the same. So, new gear box will be possible to mount on current YD-2 chassis.
では、ＹＤ-2ＳのギアボックスがＹＤ-2に装着不可という事ですが
↑ 細かく言うと、このようにギアボックスだけは装着できます
しかし、ＹＤ-2のシャーシには、Ｓ用アッパーデッキやサイドブレースの装着はできません・・・・・・
よって、シャーシ剛性確保ができない状況となります。 更に、バッテリーポストの搭載も不可能です。
したがって、ＹＤ-2ＳのギアボックスはＹＤ-2シャーシには装着不可ということです
However, even if gear box could be mounted, there is no way to mount new uppder deck, side brace and battery post. So, it will not be enough chassis rigidity.
逆に、ＹＤ-2ＳシャーシにはＹＤ-2ギアボックスは装着可能です！！
Meanwhile, the current gear box will be able to perfectly mount on YD-2S.
これだけ見ると
・・・・・・・・バッテリーはどうやって抑えるの？と思った方！！
But how we hold the battery, if we look at the above pictuer!!
じつはこのように、四点の穴が開いており
ここにＹＤ-2のバッテリーホルダーポストを取り付け
ロングバッテリー用ホルダーを使うと？？？？？
There will be another 4 holes for mounting YD-2 battery post.
Then adapting long battery holder like down below.
じゃ～～～～～～ん！！！
このように、してバッテリーを抑える事が可能になります！！！
個人的に、この組み合わせもかなりカッコ良いと思います
