I work as a legal and immigration advisor, similar to a solicitor. I support both individuals and companies in obtaining the necessary visas, licenses, and official permits to do business or work legally in Japan.
I also serve as a corporate legal advisor, helping businesses manage risk, ensure compliance, and build strong legal foundations—especially in cross-border operations.
In addition, I work in the human resources field as a licensed recruiter and placement specialist. I introduce foreign talent to Japanese companies, particularly in industries like restaurants, construction, and manufacturing. I support both the employers and the workers, handling everything from matching to immigration paperwork to labor-related consultation.
