I usualy sleep 7~8 hours a day.
I think it is the excess that is to sleep more then 6 hours.
My thinking dose not need a long sleep a day.
And, my thinking want to sleep until 6 hours a day.
But,it is dificult for me.
I think my brain does not need a long sleep.But, my body might to need to sleep moore then 7 hours a day.
I already try to get up within 6 hours bofore going to sleep.
But,I often go to sleep again after trying to get up.
My brain wants to get up. But, my body wants to sleep more.
Is it because of my weak will or because of a tiredness?
It might be because of both of them.
