Those are some pictures (some made by me) of the port area of my city.
This is the famous aquarious and all the area is been rebuilt by the architect Renzo Piano!
There are some interesting structures like the biosphere or the bigo (on it you can go up to see better the city and it goes up until 40mt!)
There is also berthed galleon used by Polanski for his film "Pirates".
But the most beautiful thing is the glim.
Is 117mt tall and it was builded how is now in 1538, but it was born in 1128!
For centuries it lighted the road at all the ships that went near Genoa and even today, its light is like an hug for all the city...
