講師紹介：アナック・アグン・ラカ・アストゥティ
プリアタン村のプリ・カレランで、著名な演奏者アナック・アグン・グデ・マンデラ氏と有名な踊り手ジェロ・ウィラガさんの間に生まれ、9歳からニアン・センゴグさんと父アナック・アグン・グデ・マンデラ氏の元でバリ舞踊の指導を受けた有名なバリ舞踊マエストロです。
ラカさんは踊りのみならず料理やお供え物作りにもその才能が表れ、厳選された食材をゼロから手作りするラカ家の家庭料理は、どこで食べたバリ料理よりも美味しいと定評があります。
Make Balinese home cooking by hand in the kitchen of a Balinese family's home. You can experience it starting from making the seasonings that form the base of the flavor. And since you can taste the freshly made dishes on the spot, the experience will undoubtedly be even more memorable.

Anak Agung Raka Astuti
Born at Puri Kaleran in Peliatan Village to the renowned performer Anak Agung Gde Mandera and the famous dancer Jero Wiraga, and having received Balinese dance instruction from age 9 under Niang Sengog and father Anak Agung Gde Mandera, this is a famous Balinese dance maestro.
Raka's talents are evident not only in dance but also in cooking and making offerings, and the Raka family's home cooking, made entirely from scratch with carefully selected ingredients, has a reputation for being more delicious than Balinese food eaten anywhere else.
