「ペンギンヒルズ」が、「埼玉こども動物自然公園」にあるです。

「ペンギンヒルズ」は、世界最大級のフンボルトペンギンの生態圏です。
There are a large pool which is making the wave artificially, their nesting place, and some “Monkey puzzles”.
そこには、人工の波を作る大きなプールと、営巣地と、「チリマツ」があるです。
A “Monkey puzzle” is one of the pines in Chile.
「チリマツ」とは、チリの松の一種です。
Humboldt penguins in the wild live in Chile.
野生のフンボルトペンギンは、チリに住んでるです。
So, a zoo director hoped to plant the monkey puzzles in "Penguin hills".
だから、園長さんは、ペンギンヒルズに、チリマツを植えたかったです。
“Monkey puzzle” has a lot of leaves like a prickle, so it means the tree which is puzzled when monkeys climb.
「チリマツ」は、チクチクする沢山の葉っぱがあるから、サルが登るのに困惑する木っていう意味があるです。
But, there is no monkey in Chile.
でも、チリには、おサルさんはいないです。
I wonder about it but I don't know why.
どうしてなのか不思議ですけど、理由はわかんないです。
Since last month, Saitama children’s zoo started an event which the ordinary visitors can give 3 small scads to penguins when we pay 300 yen.
先月から、埼玉こども動物自然公園は、一般の来園者が300円でマメアジ３匹をペンギンさんにあげられるイベントを始めたです。
The feeding time of penguins is twice a day.
ペンギンさんのお食事タイムは、１日に２回。
First time is from 10:15am to 10:45am.
１回目は、10:15am～10:45am。
Second time is from 1:30pm to 2:00pm.
２回目は、1:30pm～2:00pm。
But if you hope to join the event of penguin feeding, then the accepting time is from 9:45am and 1:00pm.
でも、もし、ペンギンさんのイベントに参加したいなら、受付時間は9:45am～と、1:00pm～です。

By the way, a shop beside the “Restaurant Gazebo” in “Saitama children’s zoo” is selling a cute penguin shaped “Satsumaage”.
ところで、埼玉こども動物自然公園内の「レストラン・ガゼボ」のそばの売店で、ペンギンの形の「さつま揚げ」が売ってるです。
"Satsumaage" is like a hamburger patty made of the fish.
「さつまあげ」とは、魚でできてるハンバーグのようなものです。
It is also called "Tempra", in some regions.
地方によっては、「てんぷら」とも呼ばれてるです。
