1ヶ月のトータルアクセスが1万を超えました。

　下の写真は11月のアクセス解析の数字です。

　月間のトータルアクセス回数が12,923です。初めて1ヶ月のトータルアクセス数が1万を超えました。

　去年の9月20日から投稿を開始しましたが、前月末（11月末まで）のユニークアクセスの合計が15,742、トータルアクセスの合計が78,437と言う事になります。

　11月30日はトータルアクセス数は3,220で今までの最高となりました。

　　11月の月間アクセス数はトータルで初めて1万台を突破し、12,923となりました。

　　11月30日のトータルアクセス数は3,220で今までの最高ですが、ランキングは前日の5位から下がって6位とのことです。

　　　私を追い抜いて上位に入ったブログの30日のカウンターの数字は17でした。

About Sitges Sunrise and Sunset

I shoot sunsets and sunrises with my iPhone almost every day, but when I shoot with my iPhone, the red is emphasized more than what I see with the naked eye, and I feel that the sunsets are really beautiful. Since it is YouTube, the basics are not photos, but videos. 星名先生との出会い　Meeting with Mr. Hoshina

私が初めて星名先生とお会いしたのは1965年、大学2年生の時でした。

I first met Professor Hoshina in 1965, when I was in my second year of university.

当時、星名先生は同志社大学の工学部の教授をされていて60歳前後だったと記憶している。

I remember that at the time, Mr. Hoshina was a professor at Doshisha University's Faculty of Engineering and was around 60 years old.

未来を予測する最良の方法 The best way to predict the future

　Peter Drucker は「未来を予測する最良の方法は、未来を創り出すこと」と言っています。

　"The best way to predict the future is to create it." (Peter Drucker)

　不確実な未来を予測し、それに対応しようとするのは受け身の態度です。未来を宣言し、切り開き、創り出し、実現することです。それこそが未来を予測する最良の方法だと、ドラッカーは言っています。

　No one can predict the future perfectly. Predicting and waiting for an uncertain future is a passive attitude, but proclaiming, opening up, creating, and realizing the future. Drucker says that is the best way to predict the future.

　未来を予測できないのは、未来があらかじめ決まっているわけではなく、未来は周りの状況とともに、多くの私たちの選択や行動で作られていくものだからです。

　The reason why we cannot predict the future is that the future is not predetermined, but is created by our many choices and actions along with the surrounding circumstances.

　私たちの人生は私たちのもの。それはつまり、自分の人生をもっと主体的に生きられるということです。環境や問題に振り回され、支配される必要はありません。自分の意志、自分の選択次第で、未来は作り出せるのです。

　Our life is ours. It means that you can live your life more proactively. You don't have to be swayed and dominated by your environment and problems. You can create your future with your will and your choices.

　星名先生の考え方は主体的思考で相手のディフェンスの出方に合わせるのではなく、相手のディフェンスが我々のアタックに合わせざるを得ない状況を作り出していくものです。

　Mr. Hoshina's way of thinking is to think independently, and rather than adapting to the opponent's defense, he creates a situation where the opponent's defense has no choice but to adapt to our attack.

　タックルするポイントはディフェンス側が決めると思い込んでいました。下の図のようにアタックはタックルラインの手前でパスをするものだと思い込んでいました。

ドラッカーの理論のどの部分に私が興味を持ったか？

　私がドラッカーの同録テープを聞いて、星名先生の理論と同じだと感じた所は次の部分です。

　When I listened to Drucker's recorded tape, the part that I felt was the same as Professor Hoshina's theory is the following part.

　自分の人生をもっと主体的に生きられるということです。環境や問題に振り回され、支配される必要はありません。自分の意志、自分の選択次第で、未来は作り出せるのです。

　主体的思考で、自分の意思で、環境や未来を変えると言うことですが、これがラグビーとどのように結びつくのか、説明します。

　今から50年以上前　Peter F Drucker の「既に起こった未来」や工程管理の手法「PERT」の理論と同様の考え方をラグビーに導入した二人の指導者がいました。

　同志社大学のラグビーの黄金期を作った星名秦教授と岡仁詩教授のお二人です。

More than 50 years ago, there were two coaches who introduced a similar way of thinking to rugby as Peter F Drucker's theory of "the future that has already happened" and the process control method "Program Evaluation and Review Technique" called "PERT".

They are Professor Shin Hoshina and Professor Hitoshi Oka, who created the golden age of rugby at Doshisha University.

　まず、Peter Drucker の「既に起こった未来」のどの部分をどのように、二人の先生がラグビーに導入したのかを説明したいと思います。

　星名先生と岡先生がこのような考え方を私に教えてくださったのは、私が大学2年生、3年生の時ですので1965年頃です。まだドラッカーの理論が発表される前で、PERTの理論が一般に認識される前のことです。
