
Ingredients: (serve 4)
600g winter melon
2 ginger
1+1/2 cup chicken stock
100g cooked crab meat
1 egg white
Some cornstach water
Method:
1. Remove skin from winter melon and shred.
2. Sautee ginger, add in chicken stock and winter melon.
3. Boil with cover. Thicken with cornstarch water.
Remove from heat. Add in crab meat and egg white.
Mix well and ready to serve.
