
Ingredients:
120g shark's cartilage
320g lean pork
1 dried octopus
1 green turnip
2 carrot
2 slices ginger
1 spring spring onion (sectioned)
Seasoning:
Slat to taste
Method:
1.Soak & rinse dried octopus. Scald & rinse lean pork. Drain.
2.Boil some water. Add slices ginger & spring onion. Scald shark's
cartilage, remove & rinse running cold water. Drain well.
3.Peel green turnip & carrot. Rinse & cut into slantly pieces.
4.Boil water. Put shark cartilge, green turnip,carrot, dried octopus &
lean pork. High heat boil for 10 mins. Then, turn to medium-low heat
boil 2+1/2 hours until the ingredients are tendered and the soup thick.
Season with some salt. Serve hot.
