
Ingredients:
640g lotus root
320g pork shank
80g green bean
1 dried octopus (soak)
1 pc dried tangerine peel
4 clove honey dates
Seasoning:
Salt to taste
Method:
1.Rinse and peel lotus root. then, Pat and cut pieces.
2.Soak dried tangerine peel until soft and scrap its tissues.
Rinse green bean and honey dates.
3.Rinse dried octopus and pork shank. Cut into pieces.
Scald pork and octopus. Rinse well and drain.
4.Put some water into a pot. Put in tangerine peel and boil bring it to boil.
Add all ingredients and boil again.
Turn to low heat for 3 hrs until ingredients are tendered and the soup is thic
kened. turn off heat. Season with some salt. Serve hot.
