一昔前、昭和まっただなかのころ、よく見かけましたね。
向こうの世界が特別な感じがして見えて、結構好きでした。
such window glasses used to be builded in the room to devide rooms.
the window on the photograph might be rare usage, i think.
moreover, this is double paired thin glass. the scenery became more clear.
こういった風に外に面しているのはあまりなく、室内間仕切が多かった気がします
それにこれはよく見ると2重窓
そのせいで見える光景は、なじみのものより鮮明です

i wonder "THE corridor of AN aged" is natural expression ?
ところで最後のthe と aを組み合わせた表現ってありえるのでしょうか？ こんなレベルで英語書いてしまってます。
