大変ご無沙汰しております。
先日、旭川では初霜が降りたというニュースを拝見しました。
11月も近づき、全国各地いよいよ寒さも本番を迎えた事と思います。
皆様どうか暖かくお過ごしくださいませ。
本日は、YouTubeチャンネル開設のお知らせでございます。
2020年の店舗閉店より、今後は調理の動画やレシピの公開をさせて頂くと報告させていただきまして、映像の勉強をして過ごして参りました。途中、お客様からのご連絡のお声を励みにさせて頂きながら、それでもとても長い年月がかかってしまいましたが、お陰様でこのようにようやくチャンネルを開設させて頂くことが出来ましたことを心より感謝しております。
YouTubeではSumi Kitchenのお弁当など、営業させていただいておりました7年間の記録を1本目の「プロローグ」として、纏めさせていただいております。
こちらは去年出来た動画になりますが、始めたての拙い動画で見ていただくのは恐れ多いのですが、思い出いっぱいのメニューを当時の厨房で調理させて頂いていた頃のスピード感と、私の心の中を表現したいと思い纏めさせていただきました。
当時のSumi Kitchenへお越しのお客様、そしてこちらで初めてご覧いただける皆様に、Sumi Kitchenを御一緒にお楽しみいただけましたら幸いにございます。

2本目以降「Sumi Kitchen #01」以降に関しましては、Sumi Kitchenシリーズとしまして実際にSumi Kitchenで調理させて頂いておりましたレシピ通りのメニューを、使用する調味料から順を追ってメニューの作り方をご紹介させて頂いております。
Sumi Kitchenメニューを調理している時は、お客様の笑顔を思い出し、ぬくぬくと心温まる時間をいただいております。
こちらもお楽しみ頂けますと幸いでございます。
外に出ると秋の寒さを感じながら、今年の終わりをこうして過ごせる感謝と共に、花壇で育てたバジルとオレガノを乾燥させてドライハーブを作っております。
こちらのオレガノは#02（#03に変更2022,11,25更新）にてご紹介させて頂きますので、お楽しみにして頂けましたら幸いにございます。

Dear blog readers
The other day, I heard news that the first frost had
occurred in Asahikawa.
November is approaching, and I am sure that the
cold weather has finally arrived in many parts of
Japan.
Please stay warm.
Today, I am pleased to announce that i started a
YouTube channel!
I’ve spent my time studying how to edit videos since I’d said I would upload cooking videos and recipes
when I’d closed my restaurant in 2020.
I was encouraged by the feedback i received from
my customers along the way, and even so, it took
a very long time, but I am truly grateful to have
finally been able to open my channel in this way.
I took the first "Prologue" on YouTube, documenting the seven years of Sumi Kitchen, including my
boxed lunches!
I made this last year and it is a poor video because I edited a video for the first time.
I hope you all (not only costumers that came to
Sumi Kitchen but also people that know
Sumi Kitchen for the first time by watching this
video) enjoy it!
