After Christmas day, of course our hotel are full sold rooms. Over 100 departure and check in during Christmas holiday. So very very busy. Even managers were running around the hotel for help our team.
A time of estimated finish time is 13:15 pm on the day. I finished at 14:45. A super visor helped us a little bit. Every time I couldn't work, someone would help us. Felt nervous. I'd like to help other team mates.
