ミグランテ・ジャパンは、世界中にいる数百万人のフィリピン人出稼ぎ労働者の草の根組織からなる国際連合です。私たちの主な目的は、フィリピン人労働者の幸福と民主的権利を母国と受入国のいずれにあろうとも提唱することです。また、ミグランテ・ジャパンは、国際人民闘争連盟（ILPS）と呼ばれる反帝国主義国際広範統一戦線のメンバーでもあります。
同志諸君、労働者諸君、1886年にシカゴで起こったヘイマーケット暴動における我々の祖先の勇敢さを祝う今日、我々の主要な闘いは帝国主義の爪に対する闘いであることを忘れてはならない。この点で、労働者である我々は、我々の子供たち、資本に鎖でつながれている兄弟たち、グローバルな新自由主義化の悪化し続ける危機によって犠牲になっている姉妹たちや隣人たちの幸福を忘れることなく、我々の目標を前進させるために手を携えて働かなければならない。レーニンが定義したように、帝国主義は今日、世界の労働者人民の主な敵である。アメリカ帝国主義者とそのヨーロッパの仲間たちは、我々の土地と人々に対する彼らの経済的・政治的支配を維持するために、世界の人々の間に戦争を引き起こすために、恐怖と恐怖をまき散らすことに、これまで以上に懸命に駆り立てられている。この点に関して、私たちは団結し、組合化と草の根の組織化を通じて労働者運動のより強力な同盟を構築する必要がある。

Solidarity Message of Migrante Japan for the May Day Events in Japan
It is with great pride and honor that we as common workers are able to join together again on this momentous event for all the working people of the world. To all of you, our dear friends and comrades, in behalf of the thousands of Filipino migrant workers in Japan, warm greetings of proletarian solidarity!
Migrante Japan is an international alliance of grassroot organization of the millions of Filipino migrant workers around the world. Our main objective is to put forward the wellbeing and democratic rights of Filipino workers in our home country and to whicever host country we are in. Migrante Japan is also a member of the anti-imperialist international broad united front called the International League of Peoples Struggles or ILPS.
Comrades and fellow workers, today as we celebrate the bravery of our ancestors on the Haymarket Riot in Chicago in 1886, let us not forget that our main struggle is ro fight against the claws of Imperialism. In this regard, we as workers shall work hand-in-hand in advancing our goals while not forgetting about the wellbeing of our children, our brothers who are chained by capital, our sisters and neighbors who are being victimized by the ever-worsening crisis of global neoliberalization. Imperialism, as Lenin have defined it, is the main enemy of the working people of the world today. Now more than ever, the US imperialists and their European cohorts are hard-driven to sow fear and terror in order to cause war among the peoples of the world to maintain their economic and political control over our lands and our people. On this regard, it is necessary for us to stand together and build a stronger alliance of worker’s movements through unionization and grassroot organizing.
Together, and through our collective struggle, we shall achieve our unity to confront the cancers of this society which was brought about by capiltalist greed and political dominance of the damned bourgeoisie. It is hight time that we as workers, Japanese and migrants, with the toiling people and other democratic forces, we shall advance our common interest to achieve a fully socialized society which is based on justice, solidarity, and just peace.
As the great Karl Marx have said: WORKERS OF THE WORLD UNITE! YOU HAVE NOTHING TO LOSE BUT YOUR CHAINS!
