基本的に、プラグが通電していない。
新品でもそういう事が普通に起こる。
理由は、店頭で商品のプラグに錆が出ていると売れないからだと思われる。（大気に塩気が多い国への輸出対策など?）
防錆びコートが凄く厚くて電気さえ通さないくらいに厚塗りの奴がある。
Basically(defolt? temper, moist and salty wind, shipping to some salty country?) the plug is not energized.
This happens even with new products.
The true reason for it is thought..., It seems that
"if the plug of the product is rusted in the store, it will not sell".
There's a "hard chick guy(plug)" with a "thick anti-rust coat" that doesn't even allow electricity to pass through.
기본적으로 플러그가 통전되지 않았습니다.
신품에서도 그런 일이 보통 일어난다.
(기본? 어딘가의 나라에서 기후, 습기가 많은,
대기에 염분이 있는?)
이유는,
매장에서 상품의 플러그에 녹이 나오면 팔리지 않기 때문이라고 생각된다.
방청코트가 굉장히 두껍고 전기조차 통과하지 않을 정도로 두꺼운 녀석이 있다.
断線していない場合、
●プラグにサビ止め塗装が塗ってある場合がある。
若しくは
●全体がうっすら錆びており通電しない。
そういう場合は、プラグを差し込みグリグリプラグをひねってやると、通電する場合がある。
（要するに表面の錆び、塗料を落とす。プラグを挿してからのハードなグリグリ行為は推奨できない場合が有ります。）

●The plug may have a rust-preventive coating(clear painted is so hard paint).
or
● The whole is slightly rusted and does not act to signals(speakers).
In such a case, we sometimes get a well >>> inserting the plug
>>> and twisting and more twisting ("guri-guri-guri-guri") plug >>> may turn on the electricity.
(In short, drop off the surface rust, drop off the paint. But, Don't deadly hard twisting after inserting!!!)
단선되지 않은 경우,
● 플러그에 녹 방지 도장이 바르고 있는 경우가 있다(clear painted 클리어 도장은 딱딱한 두꺼운 칠).
또는
● 언뜻 보면 모르겠지만, 전체가 녹슬어 있어 통전하지 않는다.
그러한 경우에는 플러그를 꽂아 글리그 플러그 비틀어 주면 통전하는 경우가 있다.
(요컨대 표면의 녹, 도료를 떨어뜨린다.프라즈를 꽂아서 격렬하게 꼬이는 행위는 추천하지 않습니다.)
