I think that "foreign(foreigner like face) drivers" are less have a careless accident, if you(foreign drivers) avoid the such narrow roads that elementary (junior school) and junior high school students take(walks to school).
It is such BAD Man's movie, isn't it ?

そんなとこ走ってると、中学生（親がやくざでエイズ）に、
逆にハメられても知らんよ？もう少し、広い田舎道を走った方が吉。
小中学生が通る細い道は、避けた方が、外国人ドライバーは、万が一の不用意な事故が少ないと思う。
