東京オリンピック・パラリンピック組織委員会に女性と若者の起用を！

ご存知でしたか？先月発表された東京オリンピック・パラリンピック組織委員会の会長や理事はすべて平均年齢は６０歳を超える"おじさま"たちでした。
なぜ、女性が一人もいないの？若者の声は？
OMG！一言で言って、ざんねん！
このままだと、おじさまたちだけでの議論で方針が決められてしまいます。ちょっとマッテ！
なんてたって、ソチオリンピックの日本選手団も、女性のほうが多いんです！
オリンピック憲章には、こうあります。
「人種、宗教、政治、性別、その他の理由に基づく国や個人に対する差別はいかなる形であれオリンピック・ムーブメントに属することとは、相容れない。」
このオリンピック憲章の精神をぜひ、体現してみようじゃありませんか！
もちろん今後、女性・若者の起用が発表されることを信じていますが、ただのパフォーマンスではなく、特に決定権のあるポジションに最低3割の女性が起用されることを提案します。安倍首相も、ダボス会議で指導的ポジションにある女性を「３割」にすると公約していましたよね。
女性と若者の声が中心になる組織委員会が、現代のオリンピック・パラリンピック成功への道！

TOKYO"W" is an act towards the better Tokyo Olympics and Paralympics in 2020.
"W"stands for women and Wakamono (a Japanese word meaning young people). At the moment, newly formedexecutive members of the Tokyo Olympic and Paralympicorganizing committee are only men and their average age is "over 60", not to mention more than half of them will be over 70 years old by 2020.
Although it has been promised that they will select some women and young people for the Committee, we would like to emphasize the importance of nominating Women andWakamono among the core members in the preparation for the successful, innovative Olympics and Paralympics for everyone who participate in Tokyo 2020.
We suggest that women and young people be added as executive members of the Tokyo Organizing committee with decision-making powers, not as a subordinate, but with equally powerful rights as the old bureaucrats. We plea that women and young people take up 30% of the organizing committee executive board.
