Hi there:)
I had no idea how much I was devastated by few words by a woman from other country at work. I could say she in mid thirty or close to forty told me today that I have to put make up on especially foundation to look better for customers. oh, need to mention that we are not working at hoe house. haha Honestly, I wasn't wear foundation for all of my face, just some parts which I wanted to hide. Women can understand the situation before our period comes, there are some facial problems occurred. However, I was actually put eyes and eyebrows make up on for work as professional that not make customers feel bad seeing me. You know, its very Japanese because I guess most women especially who are working have been telling that its a part of manners for society.

Anyway, I was really shocked by her words. Do I looked that awful to her? Was she talking about my freckles? I love my freckles which I have been carrying since when I was elementary school. I didn't like them first, but one day I accepted as it is part of me. If she was telling me to hide my loving freckles, seriously, I will not put foundation for work or I will quit the restaurant! Additionally, I didnt think she put any make ups on her. I don't want to spread this kind of feelings but sorry, she is not....well I better not. lol

The very small words which may not really big deal for some people, but for me, it haven't gone way for all day along. On the other hand, it gave me highly motivated energy being beautiful to show her I can go to work without foundation on my face some day near future! I have 100% sureness of living healthier life than her! I will do it and I can do it! go me go! lol silly! haha

Good evening:) I have wrote about wifi situation and stop watching Japanese TV show on youtube in previous blog. I guess I had a made very right decision getting more active even in freezing cold weather in Halifax.

After work at night yesterday, I stayed there practicing computer work for taking orders after shift. It was getting late and thought better taking a bus. While I was waiting a bus, I saw a girl who had yoga mat that I could tell that she had finished workout. As I always do start talking to people if I have time to do so, I asked her if she goes to the yoga studio called "Moksha" and as my guess she does yoga at there. I always wanted to join the class and I also had visited to try dropping my resume but they were only hiring yoga teacher though. Anyway, I had talked with her for while until the bus came. She gave me some information about the studio and I felt like I was going to take lessons.

I made an account and bought unlimited first month pass as soon as I got home. It was cost only $40. I thought It is perfect opportunity being sociable, improving English and take care of my own precious healthy body. I could say, "killed three birds with one stone".

I went Moksha this afternoon and I realized that most classes they offer are hot yoga:) its way better than I thought! There are some showers and they provide water so you can fill up your own bottle before your class begins. its been about 7 years I had not attend specific classes but I enjoyed today with the other yogis. Most postures that I know from my own practices and was taught at the classes I took at my host mother's yoga class when I was in high school in Canada. I haven't been sweating for while until today! It is definitely part of my life change events joining this yoga class.

Additionally, I made a new friend at lesson today! Like I mentioned before I tend to ask people some questions If I see things that I can start chatting with them. She had a backpack and flight tag was on it so start asking some questions. Wow! She was in film was taken in India and stayed there for more than a month! Yes! She is an actress:) We exchanged each others email at the end and will see and have dinner together sometime near future! What a coincidence:)
I have been using free wifi from Laundromat across my condo since my former host mother told me the password. It is very convenient compare to before that I used to go to public library everyday to use wifi. It was take about a half hour to get there. However, these days, I tend to watch Japanese funny tv program all the time getting avoid of loneliness. I know that my mother tongue is Japanese and probably by some people might have different opinions about watching Japanese tv shows, but from my point of view, I would rather against watching it and talk in Japanese while you are in such a magnificent atmosphere of surrounding by English speakers and much less Japanese people. I am not going to stay here forever and have limitation that I have decided so I can't waist anymore time do nothing but learn more Canadian cultures and improve all category of English.

Here I am to have a strong determination not to watch any Japanese tv programs from now on while I am in Canada or other countries I might be move to:)

I bumped into a elderly guy at the Citadel Hill about 3 weeks ago and mentioned me as a daughter of David Suzuki! What a miracle thing happened to me! The daughter is the famous as environmentalist, Severn Suzuki:) She is the one I have been admiring for since my high school science teacher gave me the script of her speech at Rio when she was only 12 year-old. I slightly remember that it was a month before I left Japan first time. Since then, I care about environment and being interested in protecting nature. Also, I am very thankful to my parents that they decided to put me into kindergarten which was surrounded by greens, trees and wooden class rooms. Therefore, truth is I was meant to be care about nature since my early life stage in the kindergarten.

The guy I mentioned first, took me to the food and furniture bank for unfortunate people after while of chatting about how we could make our life brighter and what is important in our life. I decided to do some help at the place and have been volunteering since then. He told me that he knew he could truly believe me. People don't believe for total stranger in first day even in friendly city like Halifax! But we both talked from bottom of our heart which made thing differently. Chance or necessity? I could say it is definately necessity for this encounter!

I am going start working from next week but still if I have some spare time, I am willing to help the people at there!:) Also looking for some volunteering for environmental protection too!
